Vaishali Neotia is an engineer, entrepreneur, speaker and revolutionist. She is also the cofounder and CEO of Merxius, a company that solves real world business problems using Extended Reality or XR(Augmented, Virtual, Mixed Reality) technologies. Its’ flagship product is an Extended Reality Training and Prototyping Software, RED made for Engineering companies.
Merxius is a Boeing HorizonX investee, part of Facebook’s AR/VR Innovation Hub and a T-Hub portfolio company.
Vaishali is an alumnus of La Martiniere, Osmania University, Indian School of Business & Goldman Sachs 10000 women, Stanford Graduate School of Business Ignite, Startup Leadership Program, Sonder Connect and UN Empretec.
She was selected for a mentorship program conducted by the US State Department with Fortune 500 companies where she was mentored by Ms Dina Powell, previously deputy national security advisor to U.S President Trump for Strategy and head of impact investment at Goldman Sachs.
Vaishali has been a three-time TEDx speaker and speaks at various conferences on technology, innovation, augmented and virtual reality, entrepreneurship and feminism. She was invited to speak at the Asian women in business summit by U.S state dept. held in Nepal, 2017.

She is a mentor for initiatives like Girls in Tech, US Exchange Programs, Sheroes and Startup Leadership. She was a board member of the GS-ISB-10000 women alumni and president of the Hyderabad chapter. She has chaired the Women in Engineering committee at VLSID, been a committee member at Grace Hopper conference and HYSEA SME, and is a part of Fortune Most powerful women network.
